It is all circumstantial and revolves around YOU.
Are you ready to live in the moment and keep moving forward. I believe the LINK between the present and the future are entirely different to that of the present and the past.
Link the PAST and PRESENT when we need to heal. When there is trauma in the past that is stopping you from going forward. No matter how much you hit the gas pedal, no matter how hard you try to run forward, if there is something stuck at the base of your feet or tyres... Your effort will be meaningless and if anything, more counter productive (frustration etc.). Why do we focus so much on growth and development when sometimes we have not addressed our traumas and triggers? Humans are not very capable to do many things at once. There is more need for reflection in this stage. There is strong needs to ask "why"? There is strong needs for circulating your thoughts and emotions to achieve conclusions. In contrast, there is also need to 'tap' emotional, thought negativity. Sometimes there are days and moments where we cannot circulate a thought. It can destroy you. It can make you feel helpless and confused. There is a reason for why you cannot stop these thoughts. Do not normalise just 'sweeping it under the rug' forever. But it's okay to take the time. Take your time. But don't do nothing.
It's difficult to decide exactly where we are in time and what we should be focusing on. It is all dependent on where you or I are. We may never truly let go/accept our deeply rooted issues, triggers, problems... But once we become more and more familiar with those emotions, we become more familiar with healthier ways to navigate through this discourse... It may be time to consider linking more of the PRESENT and the FUTURE. Looking proactively towards the future because we are ready. We have our baseline fundamentals and foundational understanding of ourselves, our triggers, boundaries... We have some answers and more purposeful resilience. We are ready to commit.
Ultimately, the answers are all within somewhere deep deep deep down. Maybe not so deep? What is our reality? What is fuelling our reality? We all deserve a purposeful, responsible and loving life. Everyone.
