Small circles vs. big circles

Can 'utopias' exist? I don't believe it's possible.

Purpose, responsibility, comradery/love are the pillars of driving human existence and its progression. Delayed gratification, overcoming hardships will be meaningless if there is no purpose to it, no accountability if it is not done, or no community, family, friends, lovers to do it for/with.

Today we hear a lot of noise about team building, community, societal responsibility, understanding each other etc. But the reality is, not EVERYONE can understand each other. It is not possible. The bigger a company, the less each team member understands each other. Despite noise and efforts to procure this, it often doesn't work out. Am I suggesting them to stop this? No. True comradery, true friendships are forged in small circles. It is not humanly possible nor would time allow for huge communities to truly understand one another. Understanding and the will to try and understand are the essences of a real relationship. Quality not quantity.

Nonetheless, we should strive to be understanding. We should strive to be kind. We should be curious. We never know out of the sea of people in the world, who you can truly connect with.

Growing up, I often heard adults talking about prioritising things in life such as family, education, money, health, happiness. What truly matters.

For now, I would put health first. Family, then education. Everything else will follow.
