Do you understand? A confident "yep!"

Any questions? A quick "no!"

What did we just go through? A slow but steady "uhhhhhhHHHHHHH"

Some of the most common dialogue I see in learning environments in kids.

The above interaction is not really an interaction. It seems more like one person giving out information and not really seeing if the student is engaged. Teaching is DIFFICULT. Teaching others begins with teaching yourself. EXPERIENCE + Student centred BEHAVIOURAL teaching are two very valuable highlights in teaching.

Each child is different. VERY different. Teaching is a DIALOGUE. Teaching is not just theory. If 'A' is what you want to teach them and 'B' is what they know, we must bridge BOTH ends of 'A' and 'B' to get them to understand. This means the teacher should also walk towards 'B'. A teacher cannot sit at 'A' and wait for the students to come to 'A'. It must be a two way street.
