Train your intuition

Are you seeing the person hurt behind the mask? Can you see and feel the emotions and true soul of the person behind their words? Just like the 'friendly guy' shouting a girl in the club drinks can often EASILY be seen as sleazy and fake. Just like how the person who says 'I'm alright,' with a feeble smile, when asked 'how are you?' can you see past that and see that they are drowning? Can you see beyond?!

'Focus' is an interesting ability. As with anything in life, there are two sides to every concept. To be able to achieve anything genuine, with substance, takes lots of repetition of sheer focus. But INVERSELY, if you are too focused on one thing, you may lose sight of what's happening around you. Heck, you may so focused on something that you may not smell the house burning or hear the sizzling of the growing fire. It's a balance, as always hey?

When we focus, our scope begins to hone in and get smaller. Just like a zoom function in a PDF viewer. You begin to see things closer but you also can't see what's around it. When we view people and think about why they do things and INHERENTLY judge them... Are you zooming in too much? What's the broader picture? Do you zoom into that person at 50% focus, 100%, 200%, 5%, 500%? What angles are you looking from?

Can you see what someone values? Can you see past what they seem to value? What they like on social media, what they post on their stories, what they say they like, what they even do as a hobby. Can you see that is truly what they like, who they are, why they do it? Can you see that maybe they're just trying to prove something because they never had a chance to shine on the stage as a child? Life is incredibly complex and us humans, we know nothing! We know very very VERY little. Be open-minded.

Be kind. I go back to what I said last week. Love is like a tidal wave. A big, big wave that will wash EVERY feeling of negativity. Any associated feelings of negativity due a problem will always be trumped by a tidal wave of love.
