Collective unconscious: Generally, it doesn't matter where you are from. We all kinda agree and disagree about certain things. Sunsets and sunrises are cool for example. Funerals are sad for example.

Dynamic psychic energy: Broadly, we have two sides. For example, the lazy self and the motivated, disciplined self. We need to get to know both sides of ourselves. We grow by feeding both sides. Sometimes we be lazy, sometimes we are driven to do something rain, hail or shine.

Dream analysis: Our dreams while we sleep say a lot. Don't dismiss it as pure fantasy. But be careful, things can get quite intense. Do you have people you can talk about these things in a safe space?

The 'shadow': We all have certain desires or thoughts that may not be acceptable to society. For example, you want to jig school. For example, you want to get into a fight to see what it feels like. You need a safe space to sit with some of these thoughts, mull them over, discuss with no judgement. Otherwise it may build up into something far more sinister/sick later on.

Individualism: The point where you become your own person. No longer are you being so pulled all the time by how you think you should be/look/act/think/exist. Differentiating from the crowd, not for any other reason than to be at peace with yourself.
